We worked with Temp Air to remove our old central air system to a mini-split system. We worked with Matt on the sales team and he was fantastic. We were getting our roof done around the same time, which involved lots of coordination. Matt handled all this complexity with grace. My husband and I have worked with tons of contractors, and Matt was the best of the best. He helped answer all of our questions, was always super transparent, never pushed us on timelines or costs, and was regularly accessible over the course of the project. We also worked closely with Angel, who was a really great, hands-on team lead. Each of the individual guys who worked on the house were respectful, kind, and clean. We tried to keep some drinks & snacks available, and they were always so appreciative and went out their way to tell us thank you. A little bit after installation, we ran into a few small issues. The team came out to address them. We were a bit skeptical when a contractor has SUCH high ratings, but after working with them I totally get it. This review is something I felt compelled to write purely because I think it's so hard to find honest contractors who deliver a high-quality service, and Temp Air is exceptional. We're really happy with Temp Air which is good because HVAC is a huge investment. It's not cheap, but we're really satisfied with the mini splits and the team behind it.
